So how much does it cost...

Ad-hoc requests are charged at £12 per half-hour and costs are accrued on a half-hourly basis. Travel expenses are charged at the same rate as the time taken to perform your request.

We only charge for the time it takes to perform your task - you are not liable for any unnecessary "waiting time" that is required in the performing of your task, ie waiting for delivery men who do not turn up!.

The only additional costs are for individual goods or services that you request plus any out-of-pocket expenses we incur on your behalf, such as parking costs, or international calls and postage costs.

Please note VAT is charged in all instances.

Annual membership

Alternatively, you could join us as a member, for a fixed cost of £50 per month. This entitles you to unlimited concierge services. Offsite concierge time (ie if we have to leave our offices to perform your request) is included within the membership at no extra cost, although travel expenses will be passed on to the member and invoiced accordingly at £12 per half hour, once an initial half hour period has passed.
